In addition to the pick-up destination / guide destination, the name and time of air service to be used, the number of people using (child seat usage), the number of luggage etc. we will inquire, so prepare in advance.

Reservation term is from the same day of the previous month to 16:30 of 2 days before the use.

Cancellation may be made by phone. If you cancel after 17:00 of 2 days before the use, the payment of 100% of the fare will be required as cancellation fee.

Since October of 2017, reservations by Smart-phone would be available.
